It is with great sadness, Phyllis passed in the presence of son Jason, adopted daughter Monica and life partner Larry Iba on September 23, 2020 at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles, California.

Phyllis Dean Hildreth Williams born June 8, 1946 to Esther and Joe Hildreth in Monroe, North Carolina.   Grew up in Monroe, North Carolina and married Danny Williams and ultimately settled in Ventura County in 1969.

Survived by son Jason, (Roseane) Williams; grandchildren, Charlize and Natalie,

and life partner, Larry Iba.

In 2012 with the settling of Jason's family in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, Phyllis and Larry would spend every Christmas and Birthdays of Charlize and Natalie in Florida along with any excuse to visit Florida.  The holiday celebrations were a large part of Phyllis' life and wanting to be the "Best Grandmother" to her grandkids, spoiling them was her life's priority!

Between trips to Florida, Phyllis enjoyed vacations too far off places as Brazil, Spain, Sicily, Scotland and Canada, and especially London, England.

In lieu of Koden a donation to Phyllis' charity, The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) will be made in her honor.

Due to the Covid19 Pandemic that is upon us, a Celebration of life may be planned in the future.
