He is survived by his wife, Peggy Tomoko Koga ;son, David Takashi Koga; brothers, Dennis and Gary Koga, and Alan Koga of FL; nieces, Laura Peterson and Kristen Bisch; also survived by other relatives in HI, CA, AZ, WI, CO, and PA.
