Obituary
Funeral services for the late Paul N. Yokota, 86-year-old, Yuba City born resident of Downey, who passed away on March 17, 2008, will be held on Saturday, March 22, 11:00 A.M. at First Presbyterian Church of Downey, 10544 Downey Ave., Downey, under the direction of Fukui Mortuary. Open casket viewing will be held from 9:30 to 10:45 A.M.
In his retirement, he was active in numerous community service activities.
Predeceased by his grandson, Grant and siblings, Sam Yokota, Jessie Matsuoka and Arthur Yokota; he is survived by his beloved wife, Miyo Yokota; children, Daniel and Stanley Yokota, Eileen (David) Sugimura, and Marilyn Yokota; grandchildren, Sean, Keith, and Jessica; sister, Eunice Kurisu; he is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made, in his memory, to: First Presbyterian Church of Downey, 10544 Downey Ave., Downey, CA 90242.
