MR. PAUL SEIICHI MURATA, 86, Stanton, CA born Nisei, resident of Los Angeles and formerly of Orange County and Camarillo, former president of Higashi Honganji Buddhist Temple Board of Directors passed away on July 28, 2008.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 2, at 1:00PM at Higashi Honganji Buddhist Temple, 505 E. 3rd St., Los Angeles, CA.
He is survived by his wife, Sachiko Murata; son, Steven Michio (Jeanne) Murata of Camarillo; daughters, Karen Keiko (Navid Dehghani) Murata, M.D. of La Canada and Penny Reiko Murata, M.D. of Anaheim; grandchildren Scott, Nicole and Ryan Murata, Christopher and Alexis Dehghani; brothers, George (Nancy) and Robert Murata; predeceased by sister, Mary Y. Murata, M.D.
