DR. PATRICK "PAT" Y. SHIMIZU, 78, Los Angeles, CA born Nisei, resident of Sherman Oaks, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on April 23, 2017.
He is survived by his loving family; wife, Helen K. Shimizu; son, Clay Shimizu; daughter, Kelli Shimizu; sisters, Julie (Bill) Takeda and Susan Taira, also survived by many nieces, nephews and relatives.
Private family services were held.
