Funeral services for Patrick Taketoshi Adachi, 60 year-old Lincoln, Nebraska born resident of Cerritos who passed away on July 14 at Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center, will be held on Monday, July 24 from 11:00am at Green Hills Memorial Park Chapel 27501 S. Western Ave., Rancho Palos Verdes. CA 90275 with Rev. Mark Nakagawa of Centenary United Methodist Church officiating, under the direction of Fukui Mortuary.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley Adachi; sons, Patrick Ryan (Jaclyn) and Brandon Adachi; best friend, Koa; parents, Raymond and Toshiko Adachi; brother, Randy (Barbara) Adachi; sisters, Reiko (Larry) Tsu and Donna ( Ken) Heinemann; brother-in-law, Gary (Machi Kamei) Nishitsuji; and also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
