Noritoshi Kimura was a resident of Long Beach, CA who peacefully passed away at home on January 30, 2020 after a long battle with a heart condition.  He was a chef by trade, and loved his craft dearly. He was an animal lover. His proudest role in life was being a grandfather to his precious granddaughter.

He requested a private service that was conducted on February 5, 2020 at Fukui Mortuary. Due to the Covid 19 Pandemic he will be placed in his final resting place at a later time.

He is survived by his daughter: Carly, Son-In-Law Chris: and his granddaughter.
