Private family services for the late Noriko J. Sawada, 88-year-old, Tokyo, Japan born, resident of Rancho Palos Verdes, who passed away on March 8, 2017, were held on Tuesday, March 14 at Gardena Buddhist Church in Gardena.

Predeceased by her beloved husband, Wallace Sawada; she is survived by her daughters, Lynn Fujihara and Karen (Ross) Yamamoto of Hawaii; grandchildren, Chase and Paige Fujihara, and Riley and Erin Yamamoto both of Hawaii; sisters, Takeko Tamura of Hawaii and Kimie Honma of Japan; she is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives here, in Hawaii and in Japan.
