Nobuko Matsubara, 96-year-old, Japan, Miyakonojo-shi-born, resident of Irvine peacefully passed away at residence on August 1st, 2026. She is survived by her loving family; son, Steve Matsubara; daughter, Kay Noda; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Private Funeral Service was held on Friday September 4th,2026 at Orange County Buddhist Church with Reverend Dr. Mutsumi Wondra officiating.
