Funeral services for the late Nobuko Furusawa, 85 year old Los Angeles born and resident of Gardena who passed away on Aug. 09, 2007 was held on Aug 25, 2007 at Green Hills Cemetery, Rancho Palos Verdes, Ca., with Bishop Gengo Akiba officiating.

She is survived by daughters Jane (Fay) Wong, Dorothy (Dr. Dale) Inaba, Mary Sudo, Yuriko (Dr. Ray) Oyakawa, June (David) Kunisaki, and Christine Furusawa. Sister Sueko Okada of Japan and brother Taku Kawaoka of Japan , 13 grand children, and 8 great grand children. Also survived by many other relatives here and in Japan.
