Noble Nobuo Ouye 94, resident of Rancho Palos Verdes, CA passed away peacefully on October 28, 2017

He is survived by his loving Children, Lee (Lorraine) Ouye, Gary Ouye and Kim Miyake, Grandchildren, Sean, Lauren, Kelly and Evan Ouye and He is also survived by his siblings, Mayme ( Gary ) Tagawa and Yutaka ( Betty) Ouye, nieces and nephews, Victor Tagawa, Lori Tagawa, Alan, and Leslie Kawai, and other relatives.

Celebration of Life to be held at South Bay Community Church, 2549 W 190th St, Torrance, CA 90504 on Friday, Nov. 17, 2017 at 10 AM. With Pastor Gary Shiohama officiating.
