Private family funeral service for Niro Abe, 91-year-old resident of Seal Beach who passed away on December 24, 2012 at his residence, was held on Sat. Jan. 19 at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel In The Garden" with the ministers from Koyasan Buddhist Temple officiating.
He is survived by his wife, Atsuko Abe; sons, Martin (Linda) and Gordon (Paula) Abe; grandchildren, Dawn (William) Vasquez, Jennifer (Scott) Kawamura, Jared (Tomiko) Abe and Trisha (Mike) Sullivan; 9 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
