Funeral services for the late Neri Nakakihara, 96 year old Kagoshima, Japan-born resident of Gardena, who passed away on Feb. 14, 2008 will be held on Saturday Feb 23, 2008, 1:00PM at Fukui Mortuary Chapel in the Garden, 707 E. Temple St, Los Angeles, Ca 90012 with Rev. William Briones of Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple officiating.

Predeceased by husband Kazumi Nakakihara; daughters, Mamiko (Shaw) Takahashi and Yukiko Lau. Neri is survived by sons, Joji (Mae) Nakakihara and Kazuhiko David Nakakihara; daughter Mayako (Tom) Ishibashi; son-in-law Edmond Lau; nephew Sojiro (Yuriko) Nakakihara; 13 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.

Also survived by many other family members.
