Naoko "Nana" Yamada, passed away peacefully on July 19, 2009 at Keiro Nursing Home just 4 months before reaching her 100th birthday. She is survived by sons, Donald (Helen) Sakaki and Roland (Jane) Sakaki; 16 grand children; and over 25 great and great great grand children. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Services will be held Saturday Aug 1, 2009, 11:00AM at Inglewood Park Cemetery "Grace Chapel", 720 E. Florence Ave., Inglewood, CA. Family requests casual dress.
