NANCY NATSUKO KONDO, beloved mother, Bachan, and Hii-Bachan, passed away peacefully on April 16, 2011. A Lomita-born Kibei, she was multi-talented and an accomplished sumi-e and shodo teacher. Bachan will be most remembered for her loving and giving nature. Public funeral services will be held on Monday, April 25, 9:30 a.m. at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the garden", 707 E. Temple St., Los Angeles, California.

She is survived by son, Dennis Tadashi (Donna Sachiko) Kondo; daughter, Frances Nobuko Kondo; grandchildren, David Noboru (Karina) Matsuura of Arizona, Garret Yukio (Kerry Kim) Matsuura, Terysu Hatsuye (Jack) Ferraiolo of Massachusettts, Katie Mariko Kondo; great grandchildren, Aaron Noboru and Curtis Hatsuo of Arizona, Emily Hatsuko and Matthew Joseph Ferraiolo of Massachusetts; also many nephews, nieces and other relatives in Japan.
