Mizuye Yokoi (Mitzi, Mizzy)Takahashi, 79 years of Torrance, CA. Born Oct. 25, 1928 in Los Angeles, passed away on Oct. 7th, 2008. Beloved wife of Toshio Takahashi, mother of Phyllis (Jerry) Sera of Seattle; George (Gayle) Wada. Grandmother of Darrin and Kaitlyn Sera; Jeffrey, Jordan and Jared Wada. Sister of Kay Miyaki, Philippines; Yoshiko Hildenbrand, Chicago; Haruo Yokoi, Felton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A memorial service will be held on her 80th birthday Sat. Oct. 25th, 11 a.m. at the Torrance Cultural Arts Rec Center, 3330 Civic Center Drive, Torrance, Casual Attire.
