A funeral service for the late Mrs. Miyoko Iwaoka, age 80, Kumamoto-Ken born, peacefully passed away on Dec. 27, 2007 at her residence, will be held on Thu. Jan. 10, 2008 7:30 P.M. at Higashi Honganji Buddhist Temple, 505 E. 3rd St., Los Angeles, CA under the direction of Fukui Mortuary (213)626-0441
The deceased is survived by her sons, Masaaki (Sachiko), Masaharu (Helen Haruye) of AZ, and Masahiro (Vicki) Iwaoka; grandchildren, Shawn Makoto and John Paul and Paula Haruko Iwaoka both of AZ; brother, Takeaki (Yukiko) Kitamura of GA; sisters, Atsuko (Hosaku) Matsumura and Ryoko (Yoshiro) Yunouye; sister-in-law, Kazuko Kitamura of Japan; and also, survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives here and in Japan.
