Obituary
Miyako Sakauye, 93, of Harbor City, passed away in Torrance on March 6, the birth date of her husband Misao who preceded her death in 1981.
She is survived by her daughters, Helen De la Cruz, Nancy Doi, Junko (John) Shimoji, Jeanne Wada; brothers, Yutaka (Toshie) Ohigashi; siblings in Japan, Itsuto (Shizuko) Ohigashi, Mamoru (Tetsuko) Ohigashi, and Suyemi Miyamoto; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
A funeral service is planned for 11 a.m. Monday, March 23 at Green Hills Memorial Park, 27501 S. Western Ave., Rancho Palos Verdes.
