Private funeral services for the late Mrs. Mitsuye Irene Tomooka, 91 year old San Luis Obispo, California-born Nisei resident of Cerritos who passed away on May 3 were held at Green Hills Memorial Park, officiated by Rev. Akio Miyaji of Orange County Buddhist Church. Mrs. Tomooka is survived by her children, Raymond (Charlotte) Tomooka, Roy (Dianne) Tomooka, Lee (Kris) Tomooka, Carol Tomooka, and Barbara (Kurt) Yamamoto. Also survived by 9 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
