A family funeral service for the late Mr. Mitsuru Kawamoto, an 89-year-old, California-born Kibei-Nisei resident of Los Angeles who passed away on April 28, 2013 was held privately, officiated by Rev. William Briones of Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple.



Mr. Kawamoto is survived by his beloved wife, Nobuko Kawamoto; sons,Stanley and Clay Kawamoto; grandson, Michael Kawamoto. Also survived by many other relatives both here and in Japan.
