Private family services for the late Mitsuo Heyada, 93-year-old, Hawaii born, resident of East Los Angeles, who passed away on October 11, 2018, were held on Saturday, October 27 at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden" in Los Angeles.

Predeceased by his wife, Grace T. Heyada; he is survived by his daughters, Jill (Dean) Katayama, Ann (Weldon) Nomura, and Jan (Daniel) Yoshimizu; grandchildren, Valerie (Taka) Suzuki, Kyle Nomura, Kacey (Scott) Sakurai, Dana and Tracy Yoshimizu; he is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
