Mitsuko Noda, a 77-year-old, Seattle, Washington-born Nisei passed away on December 23, 2015. She was a former internee of Topaz Relocation Camp during WWII and a long-time resident of Gardena.



Mrs. Noda is survived by her beloved husband of 59 years, Terushi Noda; children, Sumiko (Lee) Danbara, Cathy (Sam) Wood and Mark (Andria) Noda; grandchildren, Jared (Ivorn) Danbara, Gabe Noda, Trisha (Jimmy) Ngo, Brie Danbara, Kira Noda, Christopher Wood, Kyoko Noda, Angela Wood, Kristina Danbara, and Nacole Noda; great-grandchildren, Erin Danbara, Jimmy Jr. "JJ" Ngo, Tristan Danbara, and Audrey Ngo; sister, Aiko (Muts) Kawamoto. Also survived by many other relatives.



Funeral services were held privately at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden"
