Private funeral services for the late Mitsuho Aoki, 89, of Murrieta, California were held on April 11th at Orange County Buddhist Church. He passed away peacefully on March 17, 2026.

He is survived by his wife, Eiko Aoki; his daughter, Miho (Tim) Aoki; his sons, Hajime Aoki and Kaz (Ming-Jou Chen) Aoki; his grandchildren, Sara, Alex, and Hobie Aoki; his brothers Takashi, Yoshiho (Yoko), and Nobuo Aoki; and, his sister, Yukiko Fujii. In addition, he is survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives both in the United States and in Japan.
