Funeral services for the late Mitsue Nakama, 67-year-old Okinawa-raised resident of Los Angeles who passed away on October 11 at UCLA Medical Center, will be held on Saturday, October 22, 11 a.m., at Koyasan Buddhist Temple, 342 E. 1st St., L.A., under the direction of Fukui Mortuary.

She is survived by her husband, Seitoku Nakama; son, Seiken (Sandra) Nakama; daughters, Noriko (Douglas) Clark, Tamiko Nakama and Mary Haruko Nakama; brother, Hiroaki (Aiko) Ginoza of Japan; sisters, Sadako Agena, Yoshiko (Seiji) Oyafuso, Yasuko (Shinei) Igei and Keiko Hirasawa, all of Japan; and other relatives; she is also survived by her beloved dog, Mickie.
