Private family memorial services were held on Saturday, November 25 at Fukui Mortuary for the late Mr. Minoru Kariya, 86. San Pedro, California born, Nisei resident of Harbor City passed away on November 22 at Little Company of Mary Hospital from pneumonia.
He is survived by his wife, Yoneko; daughters, Gail (Kevin), Janice (William), Christine (Keith); son, Ron (Paris); grandsons, Scott and Robb Kaneko, Matthew Quan, Randy and Ryan Shiozaki, Zack Kariya; granddaughters, Mari Kaneko, Alyssa Quan and Taylor Kariya; sister, Setsuko Hatada and brother, George Kariya.
