Mieko Tomoyasu was a long time resident of Los Angeles, California.  She was born in Hilo, Hawaii in 1931. She passed away on October 16, 2021 at 90 years of age.  She was predeceased by her husband, Edward Toshiro Tomoyasu.  She is survived by her loving family: son Garret Tomoyasu; daughter Valerie Tomoyasu-Alhambra and her husband Noel Alhambra; daughter Colleen Kresoja and her husband Joe Kresoja; granddaughter Leia Parker.

Funeral service was held at Fukui Mortuary.
