Funeral Services for the late Mrs. Mickey Mikiye Kawai, an 88-year-old California-born Nisei resident of Santa Ana, who passed away peacefully at her home will be held on Saturday, April 26, 11:00 AM at Orange County Buddhist Church, 909 S. Dale Ave., Anaheim, CA. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to OCBC Building Fund in memory of Mickey Kawai.

Mrs. Kawai was predeceased by her beloved husband, Sam Isami Kawai.She is survived by her children, Phyllis (Chris) Sakamoto and Sandy (James) Miyake; grandchildren, Sean and Nicole Sakamoto;sisters, Mae Aoki, Lily (Jim) Tsuruoka, June Aoki; sisters-in law, Kiwako Kawai, Fusako Kumamoto; brother-in-law, Yoshio Kawai. Also survived by many nieces and nephews and other relatives.
