Funeral service for MICHIO MITCH MOTOYASU, 82, a San Fernando born Nisei and veteran of the Korean Conflict who passed away at the Vereran's Hospital in North Hills on May 1, will be held on Friday, May 11, 10AM at the San Fernando Valley Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 9450 Remick Ave., Pacoima. The family requests that flowers please be omitted.

He is survived by his wife, Naomi; sons, Michael (Denise) and Scott (Patti) Motoyasu; grandchildren, Nicole, Madison, Kendra, Kyler, Blake, Evan and Peyton; sisters, Masako Yamanouye and Kyoko Kato; brother-in-law, Bobby (Julie) Otake and other relatives.
