Graveside services for the late Mrs. Michiko Mary Furushiro, 95 years old, San Fernando born, resident of Valencia who passed away on June 20, 2021, were held on June 30 at Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills Memorial Park, officiated by Rev. Patricia Usuki of San Fernando Valley Hongwanji Buddhist Temple.

She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn (Aaron) Sanwo; son, Randy (Kathy) Furushiro; grandchildren, Marisa and Joy Sanwo, and Alea Furushiro; sisters-in-law, Lilly Shibuya and Mary Sugawara; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
