Obituary
PENDO, MICHAEL. Age 71. A gentle man who lived his life in the service of kindness and giving to others, passed away on Feb. 13, 2009 of a sudden illness. He always had a genuine interest in the lives of the people around him and deeply touched the hearts of those who knew him.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Sandy; his brother, Matthew; sister-in-law, Ann; nieces and a nephew.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, Feb. 28, 10:00 a.m. at St. Francis Xavier Chapel, 222 S. Hewitt St., Los Angeles.
