Obituary
With deepest sorrow we convey the passing of Michael Toshio Miyamoto, 18. For the past 11 years since the age of 7 he fought a courageous battle with leukemia.
He is he beloved son of Lindsay and Phoebe Miyamoto and the younger brother of Jaclyn Miyamoto.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, November 10, 2012, 1:00 PM at St. Lorenzo Catholic Parish Community, 747 Meadowpass Rd., Walnut, CA 91789, officiated by Father Severo Kuupuo, and there will be a Celebration of Michael's life following the service.
In lieu of flowers, the Miyamoto family respectfully requests that donations be made to City of Hope (866)683-4673 in memory of Michael Toshio Miyamoto.
