Michael Kiyoshi Ishida was born in Inglewood, CA and a resident of Costa Mesa, CA, who passed away on April 7, 2014. Memorial services, a celebration of life, will be held on Saturday, April 19, 11 a.m. at The Phoenix Club located at 1340 Sanderson Ave., Anaheim, CA 92806.

He is survived by his parents, Frank Kiyo and Dianne Dee Ishida; sister, Leslie (Andrew) Nau; nephews, Trevor and Chase Turner; grandmother, Mitsuko (Tony) Salcido; aunt, Margaret Tsuchiya deGuerena; uncle, Gary (Jeanne) Ishida; cousin, Stacie (Tim) Johnston; and many other close relatives.

The family kindly requests casual/colorful attire be worn.

In lieu of flowers, a foundation will be set up in his name.
