Michael Shelford Halley, age 77, resident of Carson, California passed away at his home on June 10, 2026. He was predeceased in death by his parents E.B. and Fanny Halley of Monroe, Louisiana. He is survived by his loving wife Lynne Hisa Kusada, sisters Diane (Richard) Kiper, Esther Halley, brothers Brice (Patty) and Stephen (Lisa) Halley, and many nieces and nephews. Private celebration of life service was held at Fukui Mortuary on June 22, 2026, and he was laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery.
