A private family service for the late Mrs. May Sahara, 79 year-old, Brawley, CA born Nisei resident of Los Angeles who passed away on August 16 was held on Saturday, August 21 at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden" with Rev. Marilyn Omernick of St. Mary's Episcopal Church

She is predeceased by her husband, George "Moe" Sahara.
She is survived by her sons, Keith, John (Lisa) and Craig Sahara;grandchildren, Taryn Reynolds, Brandyn (Paloma) Reynolds and Justyn Sahara; great-grandchild, Sebastian Reynolds; sisters, Yoko Miyagi, Aki (Charlie) Tamura; brother, Donald (Elaine) Miyagi and many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
