Funeral services for the late Matsuye Kami, 95-year-old San Jose-born Nisei resident of Los Angeles who passed away on April 6 at Keiro Nursing Home, will be held on Tuesday, April 17, 11:30 a.m. at Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 815 E. 1st St., Los Angeles, CA under the direction of Fukui Mortuary.

She is survived by her children, Hiroshi George (Stella) Iseri, Kazuko Jean (Jack) Matsuno, Chie Iseri, Sachiko Ida, Seiji (Emi) Kami, Tadashi James Kami, Kiyoko Luster, Masako Judy (Charles) Hollowell; grandchildren; great grandchildren; sisters in Japan; loving nephews; and other relatives. The family would like to express their thanks to the staff at Keiro Nursing Home and Vitas Hospice.
