Funeral services for the late Matsue Sato, 91 year old Nisei resident of Monterey Park who passed away on August 18 were held on August 25 at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden" with Father John Koji Mitsudome of Maryknoll Japanese Catholic Church officiating.

She is survived by her sons, James (Barbara), Ken (Patty) and Bob (Gayle) Sato, of California; brother, Ben (Toshie) Miyoko, of Japan, and Jimmy (Itsue) Miyoko, of California. Also survived by 7 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.
