Private family service for UYEDA, MASAYE, 92, an Acampo, CA born Nisei and resident of Montebello who passed away on January 25 at the Torrance Memorial Medical Center after a brief illness, was held on Friday, January 30 at the Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple , under the direction of Fukui Mortuary.

She is survived by her son, Roy Minoru (Nancy); grandchildren, Keith, Roger, Gary (Keiko) and Todd (Carol) Inatomi and Craig (Jennifer) and Glenn Uyeda; great grandchildren, Dylan and Jason Uyeda; brother, Yoshito (Sumiko) Nakamoto of Japan; sisters, Yaeko Shintani and Shizuye Kondo and many nieces and nephews.
