Masao Tokihiro, 85 year old Los Angeles resident, passed away on July 17, 2013. Masao is survived by his loving wife, Kiyoko Tokihiro; children, LaVerne (Sidney) Merrill, Linda Gates-Hawkins, Diane (Bruce) Hawkins of Hawaii, Darlene, Robert and Karen Gates, all of Hawaii and Lei (Guy) Barrett of Hawaii; 8 grandsons, 10 granddaughters, 10 great grandsons and 14 great granddaughters. Masao is also survived by many other loving family members.

Services will be held on Wednesday, July 24, 2013, 2:00PM at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden", 707 E. Temple St., Los Angeles, CA., with Rev. William Briones of Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple officiating.
