Masami Yoshihara, age 102, died peacefully at home March 12, 2015. He is survived by Sachiye Yoshihara, his loving wife of 70 years; son, Arthur Yoshihara; and daughters Emi (Stephen) Koehler and Denise (Ron) Hatakeyama; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and relatives residing in the United States and Japan. Mr. Yoshihara was a long time resident of La Mirada and was interned at the Heart Mountain Relocation Center during WWII.



Private funeral services held on March 21, 2015 were officiated by Rimban William Briones of Hompa Honwanji Buddhist Temple.
