Masako Takata, 92-year-old, Japan, Hiroshima-born, resident of Los Angeles peacefully passed away at her residence on February 26th. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Kiyoto Takata; She is survived by her loving family; son, Howard (Tanna) Takata; daughter, Carol (Jodi) Komesu; grandchildren, Reese Komesu, Kelo Komesu, Ruby Takata, and Ryan Takata; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Funeral & Interment service with immediate family was held at Green Hills Memorial Park on April 3rd, San Fernando Valley Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, Reverend Yukari Torii officiating.
