Masako "Massie" Kanogawa
Masako "Massie" Kanogawa a 96-year-old resident of Montebello passed away peacefully in her home on August 6, 2025. She was predeceased by her loving husband Shoji "Stogie" Kanogawa. She is survived by her loving daughters Lori Kanogawa (Russ) Johnson and Nancy (Kevin) Stiles, granddaughter Dana Niiro (Quinn) Douglas-Hiley, and great grandchildren Enzo Niiro and Emi Masako. She is also survived by sister Yoshiko Jean Oba-Inouye, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
A private funeral service was held on Saturday, August 23, at Koyasan Buddhist Temple in Los Angeles.
