Private memorial services for the late Mr. Masakazu Imamoto, an 86-year-old, Oahu, Hawaii-born Nisei resident of North Hollywood and former internee of Manzanar and Tule Lake Relocation Camps who passed away on May 3, 2012 were held at Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills, officiated by Rev. William Briones of Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple.

Mr. Imamoto is survived by his wife, Nobuko June Imamoto; sons, Mark Masanobu, Craig Junji, Keith Katsumi, and Jay Kanji Imamoto; grandchildren, Emily Megumi, Jonathan Hikaru, Naomi Michelle and Nathalie Kaye Imamoto; daughters-in-law, Normelita, Maria Isabel and Eriko Imamoto. Also survived by many other relatives.
