Funeral services for the late Mary Mariko Ito, 83-year-old Los Angeles-born resident of Hawthorne who passed away on April 15 at the Little Company of Mary Hospital in Torrance, will be held on Monday, April 23, 10 a.m., at Gardena Buddhist Church, 1517 W. 166th St., Gardena, under the direction of Fukui Mortuary.

She is survived by her husband, Shinsaku Ito; son, Kenichi (Yumiko) Ito; daughter, Chiyo Baker; brother, Namio (Kimiko) Kitaoka; sister, Tamaka (Masahiko) Hamaguchi; and nephews, nieces and other relatives.
