Memorial service for Mary Kasumi Kuwahara, 66-year-old resident of Gardena who passed away on Aug. 29, 2012, will be held on Thursday, Sept. 6 at 11:00 AM at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel In The Garden" , 707 E. Temple St., Los Angeles with a minister from Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple officiating.
She is survived by her husband, Toshio Kuwahara; daughters, Tiffany (Steve) Shew and Nicki (Jon) Suzuki; mother, Margaret Fumiye Yamashita; sister, Sally (Dennis) Kira; granddaughter, Stella Suzuki; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and pets.
