Mary Sumiyoshi Doi, 102 passed away peacefully on October 10, 2025. She is survived by her beloved son, James (Joan) Doi; and also her nieces and nephews here and in Japan.
Funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 11, 2:30 p.m. at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden" 707 E. Temple St., Los Angeles with Rev. Yuki Himeji of Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple officiating.
Family requests that flowers please be omitted.
