Family service for MARK MAMORU MASUNAGA, 87, a Los Angeles born Nisei who passed away on May 11 at the St. Vincent's Medical Center after a brief illness, was held on Weds., May 17 at Fukui Mortuary Chapel with Rinban Noriaki Ito of Higashi Honganji Buddhist Temple officiating.

He is survived by his wife, Fumiye; sons, Akira (Rachel) and Wayne (Lynn); daughters, Elaine (Michael) Shikuma and Janet (Robert Kuwahara) Masunaga; grandchildren, Garrett and Christopher Shikuma and Jennifer and Samantha Masunaga and other relatives.
