Mark passed away peacefully at the age of 49, on November 4, 2012. He grew up in Cerritos, attended UCLA and spent his professional career as a systems engineer. Mark was cherished and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

A celebration of Mark's life will be held at 4:00 pm on Friday, November 16 at the Bread of Life Church on 2780 Lomita Blvd, Torrance, CA.

He is survived by his wife, Sharon Ishii; son, Jonathan Ishii; daughter, Kristen Ishii; sister, Nancy Ishii; sister-in-law, Susan Ishii; and many other relatives.

Memorial funds in Mark's name will be established to create a youth scholarship to provide opportunities for deserving young people.
