Obituary
MRS. MARIKO SHIROKAWA, 83, Vancouver B.C., born Nisei resident of Long Beach, passed away peacefully on July 19, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Private family graveside services were held at Green Hills Memorial Park on Saturday, July 26, with Rev. Mark Nakagawa of Centenary United Methodist Church officiating.
The family respectfully requests that in lieu of koden donations be made to your favorite charitable organization.
She is survived by her son, Bruce (Dara) Shirokawa; daughter, Jill (David Smithrud) Shirokawa of Cincinnati, Ohio; grandchildren, Sarah and Michael; brother, Kazuo Kishiyama; sisters, Shizue (Fujio) and Natsue Kishiyama the latter three of Japan.
