Private funeral services for the late Mariko Kaya, 73-year-old, Los Angeles, CA resident of Alhambra, who passed away on October 5, 2009, were held on Friday, November 27 at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden".

She is survived by her sons, Brian and Kurt (Michelle Wagner) Kaya; granddaughters, Cricket Kaya and Prairie Kaya; sister, Midori Buchanan; brothers, Tomio (Kinuko) and Yuji (Joyce) Iwamoto.
