MARIE MOTOYO ROLLINS, Nisei born in Banks, OR, resident of San Marino, CA, peacefully passed away at the age of 94.  She was predeceased by her late husband Stanford Rollins after many years of marriage.  Marie was the fourth of five daughters of Mankichi and Fusano Kinoshita who emigrated to America from Minabe, Wakayama, Japan.  The entire Kinoshita family became very successful and lived fulfilling and well rounded lives.  Marie co-founded and successfully operated Precise Escrow Corporation for over 31 years with her sister, paving the way for women and minorities to succeed in business.  She will be remembered for being a sharp businesswoman while always maintaining a very kind personality.  She possessed a sincere love and compassion for her family and others.

She is survived by:  niece Phyllis (Ruben) Kagawa; niece Marsha Toguri and her children Ray Horita, his children Joshua and Devin, Lisa (Joel) Papacek and Christine (Richard) Nakamura and their daughters Sara and Kayla; niece Candace Shigetomi and her daughter Lindsay; niece Joan (Rick) Scoles; nephew Craig (Debbie) Takenaka and their daughters Sera and Tara; niece Dawn (Bill) Rothe, and nephew Martin Masunaka; and many other relatives and friends.  Marie was greatly loved and will be sorely missed.
